This week I went for my first ever School uniform shop

It was a mix of excitement but mostly sadness

Our children 17yrs, 15yrs and 7yrs have NEVER been to school. Not one single day.

I’ve never had to buy a uniform.

I’ve never done a school run.

I’ve never done a parents evening.

I know this isn’t the norm but we’ve never really had a ‘normal’ lifestyle!

However, circumstances change, kids grow up and life goes into different seasons.

Next week it’s going to be all change as the 2 big ones start college and the youngest starts school. I’m still not going to be doing that many school runs to be honest but I have my first ever one next week

Eeek!! I’m really NOT looking forward to it.

Thankfully he is.
