We’ve had a week off this week…

It’s been great to have some time out of the usual routine and take some rest.

I’ve actually been listening to an interesting podcast on rest; what it is and why we’re not very good at it ! Perhaps a topic for another post…

It’s been a great week of visiting family, reading my book, having a much needed declutter, some day trips and introducing the children to John Wayne and James Bond – one was more popular than the other, which you reckon it was?!
