“I am NOT an exercise person!!”

Lisa says after 2 years of coming to Polly Turnill Fitness.

Lisa suffers from osteoarthritis in her knees as well as Plantar fasciitis flare ups which caused incredible pain in her feet.

This really affected her motivation to exercise.

She would get lost in a bigger class as there were so many things she couldn’t do which always meant giving up after a few weeks.

She’s lan ative Grandmother and wants to keep it that way for as long as possible!

She knew she HAD to do SOMETHING before she lost more mobility. She knew it was only downhill from here!

Skip just 6 months later and:

She has much less knee pain now and walks 30 min to her session and back!

She can get down and up again from the floor and no longer fears it .

She’s confident in her small group and challenges herself. She knows there’s always an alternative exercise to do and she’s not going to be left to her own devices.
