Hey

We run small group training groups on Kellaway Avenue and have just opened up a couple of new lunchtime groups…

Let me introduce ourselves for those that don’t know who we are or what we do…

⁣𝗪𝐡𝐨 𝐀re We?⁣

Polly

I trained as a 1-1 Personal Trainer in 2020 after I’d gotten back into fitness myself and wanted to help others on their health and fitness journey.

I started out online, and then in local parks and also in peoples own homes. I then worked from the Bank Fitness in Henleaze for 2 years before getting my own place on Kellaway Avenue at the end of 2024

I’m originally from Cumbria – yes that’s even more north than Birmingham !

In a previous life I’ve been a Christian Missionary, an NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor, a Home Educator and a Bartender. (Though not in that order!)

Olivia

Olivia (or Liv) joined us almost a year ago now!

She’s been through quite an incredible health journey herself and has a particular focus and interest in helping those with post viral fatigue and who are neurodivergent

She doesn’t own a TV

She spent 10 years in South America as a film and documentary producer for trade unions and women worker’s rights; which included flying in a UN helicopter and meeting heads of state!

She hates bananas and loves marmite !

Naomi

Naomi joined the team at the end of last year.

She’s had a long career in Wildlife conservation (including some time in Botswana and Namibia catching Leopards!) then mainly for charities in wildlife and environmental sector since then

She’s always been into fitness and sport – even forced her way onto the football team when girls weren’t allowed!

She’s experienced the transformational effect of exercise and feeling strong has had on her various stages of life; pregnancy, post natal, busy mum and now menopause.

Although she’s been living in Bristol for 25 years now – she’s originally a Brummy

We work in small groups of no more than 6 people

We work with those who:

Have never done any structured exercise before (or it’s been a while!)

Know they need to do something more than walking and Pilates if they want to keep hold of their muscles

Want to be shown how to use weights properly

Know they need to go somewhere to make sure they actually do it!

Find commercial gyms unfriendly, overwhelming and generally not very inspiring!

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐃𝐨 we 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦?⁣

Providing accountability, support and encouragement in a friendly atmosphere

“Liv is a fabulous coach. She teaches us all the techniques expertly and safely while making us work hard and have fun…!” Ollie, 42 yrs
